Julia Grace is well known across Aotearoa as a powerhouse Christian musician and speaker. In recent years God has called her to address mental health from a faith perspective. In this evening online session Julia is bringing practical tools to build up our own emotional wellbeing, in order to balance our busy lives and fulfil our calling. Open to all, especially those in leadership roles. This session will be awesome for all local leaders - would be a great way for churches to help meet their health & safety obligations for caring for volunteers. |
