In today’s digital world, young people being exposed to pornography isn’t a question of ‘if’ but ‘when’. Pornography is sweeping through our society like a tsunami, and we are already seeing significant and devastating impacts. Tāima Kōrero equips parents and educators with the tools to effectively talk about pornography with young people to help mitigate the harmful effects of pornography on young people in Aotearoa. We are stoked to have Brett Harvey, of Tāima Kōrero Time 2 Talk coming to CCC in October to host a presentation and workshop with our young adults and parents. Discover what young people are actually being exposed to online, how they’re engaging with this content, and how we can work together to guard against the harmful effects of the digital sexual landscape. |
