Seminar Description:
The cultural diversity of New Zealand is growing. We are coming in contact with people from other cultures more than ever before. Your bus driver, doctor, Fellow parents waiting outside the school gates, wear turbans or face veils. What should our attitude be towards people different from us? What do we think when others say and do things that seem odd to us? Do we believe everyone is the same underneath and do we treat them the same way as our friends? If we believe that people of all cultures need Jesus as much as we do, what can we do about that? Come and explore these questions in a safe and welcoming space with experienced cross-cultural practitioners.
