HOW IT BEGUN

The PNCLA originally started out as “Life as a ministers' association” in the mid-1990s.

Since then, we’ve grown into a vibrant network of churches and organisations working together to bring hope, unity and transformation to Palmerston North

OUR VALUES

We are a non-profit organisation whose primary aim is to promote events that advance the spiritual, educational and social well-being of Christian leaders, churches and associated organisations, and of the wider community in our area. 

The PNCLA is governed by an Executive Committee of Christian leaders who do so in line with the beliefs, aims, objectives and values of the PNCLA.

We’re passionate about seeing people connected, connected to God, to healthy Christian community, and to local churches and organisations that are making a difference across our city.

Palmerston North is home to many incredible churches, ministries, and community initiatives, each carrying a unique heart to serve people well. Our desire is to help make those connections easier, whether you’re new to faith, new to the city, looking for support, or simply wanting to find a place to belong.
