As counsellors (and pastors, and youth & community workers), our ethical dilemmas often involve what to tell to whom. What information can we and should we share or hold confidential? When we have serious concerns or people tell us stuff that may be dangerous or illegal, what do we do with that information? This seminar will give an overview of the relevant laws and cover informed consent and intellectual property.
